陳豐偉：忘不了的舊情人 2009/05/16 【元氣周報／陳豐偉】 詢問憂鬱症病人起因時，滿常聽到「難忘的舊情人」。「我經歷過一段失敗的婚姻，現在的先生對我很好，但我一直忘不掉跟我分手的舊情人。我很愛他，分手帶給我很大的打擊，讓我一直鬱鬱不樂，也造成我盲目地嫁給會家暴的第一任丈夫」，類似的敘述不斷出現。 許多憂鬱病人腦中常存在一段如幽靈鬼魅揮之不去的回憶，睡前悔恨，白日繼續想起，連夜半夢醒時還是無法逃離。睹物思情，就算刻意迴避，只要碰到相似的場景、熟悉的氛圍，糾纏的記憶立刻湧上，佔滿大腦，甚至妨礙正常的思考，難以專心。 其他情節重大出乎預料之外的創傷，也可能會成為纏繞一輩子的痛苦。冠軍賽被擊出再見全壘打的救援投手、一念之差買了連動債賠上幾百萬的家庭主婦、雖然公公已衰老但一想起就被過去威嚴嚇到發抖的媳婦、分手後忍不住還要到舊情人家看新歡摩托車在不在的落魄男子，這些揮之不去的念頭讓他們難以重回正常生活。 就如「佛洛伊德的近視眼」書中所述，人類的大腦天生就有「自我感覺良好」的本能，盡量對各種事情做正面樂觀、對自己有利的詮釋，並修正自己的記憶。睡眠研究則發現，人在作夢時會逐漸修正創傷事件的情節，改寫成內心能接受的版本。憂鬱症病人可能在自我詮釋、合理化時遇到困難，或創傷事件帶來的負面情緒太凝重，導致難以擺脫。這時很難刻意要病人不想，甚至愈克制愈焦慮，愈不想愈常出現，彷彿強迫意念無法刪除。 如何解除創傷記憶？這是最困難的課題之一。最極端的方法是「電療」，能讓病人很快心情愉悅、放鬆，但代價是原本已學會的技能會忘掉一些。兼具降血壓與抗焦慮雙效的Inderal可削弱創傷記憶的作用，但也可能會影響其他短期記憶形成。倒是許多研究認為在支持性的環境下將創傷訴說出來，或透過會談與治療師一起探索，才能讓負面記憶找到出路，不再四處攀爬。 倒是，讓你留下深刻印象、永難忘懷的，真的是對你最重要、帶來最多快樂的情人嗎？也許他只是帶給你最多負面情緒。但帶有負面情緒的記憶最難遺忘，而反覆思索時不斷強化的腦電流又讓這段記憶更深刻、如影隨形。其他沒有情緒起伏、身形模糊的情人，就這樣淡淡走出你的人生。記憶並不理性，選擇性遺忘的過程未必符合你的利益或主觀意識，「忘不了的舊情人」常會讓人忽略到底誰最關心自己。 歡迎瀏覽作者網站：http://blog.eroach.net"... 詩罷眾人一齊喝彩。周瑜見有人從中和解，無奈只好收場。

現在的行銷方式越來越多樣化，可以從赤壁的行銷可以看出網路是未來的趨勢。 連志玲姊姊都出來拜年，Google Maps上也有赤壁古戰場的地圖。 由此可以看出現在商人們已經把焦點瞄準到網路的行銷方式， 畢竟傳統媒體的費用高的嚇人，且是否有成效都還是一個未知數。 網路的行銷只要加上一個計數器，就可以知道這樣的行銷方式有多少人看到，而不用像一般的平面媒體還需要用訪問抽樣的方式來調查。 新的一年開頭，就看出新的希望。看來當傳統市場泡沫話的一年，就是虛擬市場開始起飛的開端！

iCal 與 Google Calender 可以相互同步了！

最近看到有人將Google Calendar的CalDAV直接拿來使用，靈機一閃，立刻上去看看是如何操作，並且成功將這兩個不同的服務連結在一起。

在這邊找到Google Help Center操作方式。

介紹：

iCal是蘋果電腦Mac裡附帶的軟體，與其他Mac軟體一樣很容易上手，是很多蘋果迷們第一首選日曆工作軟體。

Google Calendar是Google推出的連線式日曆工具，具有很方便的攜帶性與移動性，可有強大的可移植性，作為協同工作上有很大的幫助。

一直以來這兩個軟體在連結上都有一個困惱，就是只能單向同步，只能將Google Calendar訂閱到iCal之中，沒有辦法將iCal新增或修改的事項同步到Google之中。

而現在好了，Google這邊終於想通了，開放CalDAV的通訊方式，不需要其他的軟體，就可以讓iCal與Google Calendar相擁而眠......

操作方式：

打開iCal ->偏好設定 ->帳號

點一下在左下角的"+"號

分別填入您的Google Calendar的帳號與密碼

在帳號URL中輸入https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/你的註冊信箱/user

記得是https與尾巴要加上/user喔

這樣子就可以看到Google Calendar的資料在iCal裡面，且在iCal新增/修改的資料也都可以同步上去。

我想應該是mobileMe出來之後，逼使Google的開放，不過這也讓我購買mobileMe的服務又少一個理由了。

永遠的朋友是1992年巴塞隆納奧運會的主題歌。 amigos para siempre在西班牙語中是「一生的朋友」之意。

最近北京奧運也是徵詢超過十萬首曲子，其中一首的曲子也是永遠的朋友也獲得最後的推薦。畢竟以奧運會為主題的曲目，除了要有民族融合的概念，和平更是其中最重要的中心思想。而Webber在創作這首曲子的時候，也是以這樣的出發點作為創作的概念。

曲目輕快且內容具有深意，這是這首曲子最大的賣點。找Brightman與Carreras合作，更是最重要成功的一點（就像無間道找劉德華與梁朝偉一樣）。

1992年我守在電視前面看奧運的開幕，最令人映像深刻的就是用弓箭點燃聖火的場景，令人感動得快要掉下淚來（那時的我也不知道為啥感動）。而到奧運主題曲播出的時候，正式兩大巨星上場唱出Amigos para siempre，直到兩年後我看到歌詞之後，才對這歌詞產生感覺，畢竟當初我是"菜英文"。

我鄭重推薦這首以經年過二十的曲子，尤其當今年是中國人的奧運會時刻，可以讓我們回想到奧運精神的深意，也可以擺脫漢城奧運愛國裁判不公平的審判情緒（到現在還是依然討厭韓國人這種沒有運動精神的行為）。

Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again是《歌劇魅影》中最著名的唱段之一，也是Sarah Brightman在之後的各種演唱會上的保留與安可的曲目。

極度哀戚的唱腔，在Sarah Brightman的詮釋之下，展現出天地為之動容個情感。

十幾年前的夜裡，半夜驚醒睡不著（因為白天睡飽了）。起身在窗前，想起遠方的她，不自覺哼起這首歌，不經黯然泣下。這正是這首曲子感人的地方。

最值得推薦的是在墓園之中的場景，配合歌劇魅影的劇情，剛剛好契合。在十多年前，拍攝手法還不夠成熟，唯一擁有的就是MTV的精神，這也是現在大多數音樂MTV所缺乏的東西。

在2004年還有電影的版本，不過我算是右派人士(保守派)，但對於Sarah Brightman所立下的詮釋方式，已經無法在我心中超越。所以還是推薦這個版本。

音樂劇作家Andrew Lioyd Webber代表作「歌劇魅影」（The Phantom of the Opera），其在全球演出後，門票銷售遠超過「貓」、「日落大道」等同級知名歌劇。

Sarah Brightman和Michael Crawford化戲劇為情感的非凡唱功，將韋伯的歌劇精髓引領到另一個境界。

這個MTV是一直到最近我才找到的。

我最早在1995年已經對這部音樂劇產生高度的興趣，而Sarah Brightman的聲音也在那時候植入我的腦海之中。但是那時候的網路技術才正在萌芽之中，很難在網路與實體店面的唱片行找到這個MTV，讓我有點愁腸。

而歌劇魅影正是我第一部接觸Webber的音樂劇，所以印象深刻，也曾經是我拼死以求影像紀錄。

音樂劇《歌劇魅影》（The Phantom of the Opera）又譯做歌聲魅影、劇院魅影或歌劇院的魅影，是由安德魯·洛伊·韋伯（Andrew Lloyd Webber）作曲，劇本根據法國作家加斯東·勒魯所撰著的愛情驚悚小說《歌劇魅影》（Le Fantôme de l'Opéra）改編。音樂劇的歌詞和對白由Richard Stilgoe創作。1986年首演，於1988年獲得七項東尼獎，是史上最成功的音樂劇之一。2004年這部音樂劇被搬上銀幕，詳見歌劇魅影 (2004年電影)。

創作

在韋伯創作《歌劇魅影》之前，Ken Hill曾以相同的題材創作了同名的音樂劇，1984年韋伯在Royal Stratford East劇院觀看了這個版本的演出時獲得了靈感，此後他開始創作了這部音樂劇，許多唱段都是按他當時的妻子莎拉·布萊曼的嗓音量身定做的。音樂劇的製作團隊由著名的音樂劇製作人卡麥隆·麥金托什擔任，與en:Cameron Mackintosh和韋伯的「真好用」公司(Really Useful Group)共同完成。

影響

1986年10月9日，《歌劇魅影》在倫敦的女王陛下劇院首演，至今（2008年）仍在上演。1988年1月26日，首演時的主要角色，如飾演魅影的Michael Crawford，飾演克莉絲汀的莎拉·布萊曼，飾演勞爾的Steve Barton，把《歌劇魅影》帶到了曼哈頓的美琪劇院（en:Majestic Theatre），這初音樂劇從此開始在百老匯上演，目前它仍在上演。卡麥隆·麥金托什製作的一批音樂劇，包括《貓》、《西貢小姐》、《悲慘世界》，在百老匯取得了巨大的成功。《歌劇魅影》成為在百老匯上演最長的一部音樂劇，它打破了音樂劇《貓》在2006年1月9日創下的7486場演出的紀錄。

評價

歌劇魅影可以說是一部折射著后現代魅力的劇作，首先它成功的改編了加斯東·勒魯（Gaston Leroux）的原作小說，既保留了原作的風格又使之更適合舞台演出，提升了作品的可看性，其次，巧妙的戲中戲令觀眾徘徊於現實與虛幻之間。尤其是追逐魅影的那一場戲，整個劇院，台上台下、四面八方響起了魅影的聲音，使觀眾置身其中，因為那句「我在這裡」似乎就在他們的身邊，就在隔壁的包廂，而那幕吊燈突然墜落的戲也著實令氣氛緊張刺激到極點，前排觀眾的驚叫與台上演員的呼聲連成一片，在這方面，舞台設計瑪莉亞·布瓊森自然功不可沒。

在全劇中，一首「PHANTOM OF THE OPERA」的旋律反覆出現，羅爾與魅影在「 ALL I ASK OF YOU 」不同演繹表現了他們各自對於女主角克莉絲汀不同的愛情，最後這一主題在管弦樂中浮現，顯示了愛情最終戰勝了悲劇。

這首曲子選自Andrew Lloyd Webber的名劇Requiem，其中童聲的部份真是乾淨純淨的不得了，Brightman也因為這首曲子登上英國的排行榜。

影片的拍攝來自聯合國的幫助，在一場炸彈事件中的救難，襯托出請求耶穌的慈悲心懷。而Brightman也是當年的聯合國和平大使，Webber能做出這樣的曲目，可以說是現代的韓德爾。

請用心去欣賞這首曲子，用心靈去體會，聽不懂沒有關係，感動就好。

Of all these, by far the best known is the Pie Jesu from Fauré's Requiem[citation needed]; Camille Saint-Saëns said of it, "just as Mozart's is the only Ave verum corpus, this is the only Pie Jesu.

Webber adds the lyrics of the Agnus Dei to it. Cherubini adds the word sempiternam ("sempiternal", a graded expression of aeternam, "eternal") at the end, making it to dona eis requiem sempiternam ("grant them sempiternal rest").

Pie (the vocative of the word pius) is conventionally translated as "sweet" here, but normally means "dutiful", "godly" or "kind".
